Millennium Technology Prize
Awards groundbreaking technological innovations from all fields (excluding military technology) that benefit millions of people around the world. These awards are awarded biennially on even-numbered years, with competitions launched in odd-numbered years, typically with a deadline at the end of October.
Value: 1,000,000 euros
Note: If institutional nomination/external expert review is sought (individuals may also nominate candidates outside of the institutional process), please submit a candidate suggestion form at least three months in advance of the external deadline to recommend a candidate to the President’s Advisory Committee on Awards, Honours and Prizes.
