Seaborg Medal
The Seaborg Medal is an award to be made to an individual in recognition of outstanding scientific or engineering research achievements associated with the development of peaceful uses of nuclear science. This award is to recognize and honor excellence worthy of international recognition sustained over a period time. The award consists of an engraved medal. It is to be made no more frequently than once per year and is normally conferred during the Winter Meeting of the Society.
Eligibility: Nominees need not be ANS members, cannot be posthumous
